Heated Jackets Teamwork Training 2017

BOWINS GARMENT conducted 2 day’s teamwork training on 11^th November, 2017.  BOWINS garments has 300 professional employees. More than 60 employees from Heated Clothing department participated in this teamwork training. We tried our best to improve teamwork in keeping product quality, shorter delivery time and competitive cost to meet the demands of our worldwide partners.

Battery Heated Clothing Team Enjoyed 60KM Hiking Around Mount Tai

Battery heated clothing team of BOWINS Garment took part in the 60KM hiking around the famous Mount Tai on December 1st, 2017.  Our professional battery heated clothing team had been dedicated in designing and fabricating heated clothes for over 10 years, the 60 kilometers hiking is especially challengeable for all of us,  we enjoyed the hiking.

Mount Tai is the most famous mountain in China, more than 30 colleagues from battery heated clothing design, production, quality assurance and marketing department took part in participated in the 9th Mount Tai 60km Hiking around Mount Tai. We arrived the there with enthusiasm at 6 0’clock in the morning, the weather was a bit cold, but all of us was very excited.

Where there is a will, there is a way. Even though we had feet ache and were very tired, about 23 colleagues finished 30km hiking, 7 of us reached the 60km destination and won the medals. Persistence does not mean success, but giving up means fail. Our heated clothes team has the spirit of never give up, we will be always going forward in the battery heated clothing industries. Every one learned a lot and enjoyed the activity with painful muscle though we were very tired.

Safety Workwear Team Attended TGAC Skill Competition 2017

Safety Workwear team of Bowins Garment took part in the Skill Competition on Dec.26,2017. In order to foster a batch of high-skilled talents with virtuosity of garment industry, promote the development of Taian garment industry skill personnel strengthen and improve the overall quality, and offer more higher quality products to our workwear customers. Taian Garment Association Of China (TGAC) organized this competition. There are 44 members in this organization , they are all safety workwear manufacturer in Taian city, Shandong province.

At this competition, all technician racers were required to make pattern first, and then cutting and sewing one whole workwear based on their own pattern by themselves . Through this competition, our mind of the service for customers got improved, and we understood deeply about how to make better work clothes production. We will try our best to improve our work clothing quality, control the custom work clothing cost and shorter delivery time. Finally Bowins hi vis clothing team finished second in this competition.
